Sorry for the long time between posts. I’ve been extremely busy over the last few months, being the holiday season didn’t really help either!

Over the weekend I had the privilege of covering Alice and Dicky’s wedding.

The ceremony and reception was held on the beautiful “The Pontoon” glass boat.

Despite it being an extremely wet week in Sydney, the rain managed to hold up long enough for an outdoor ceremony… it didn’t hold up for long though as not long after it was raining again!

The 5 hour cruise was enjoyed by all; not only was the food superb, the guests were able to experience breathtaking views…. Sydney Harbour looks so pretty from the water!

Despite the rain, everything ran without hiccup; And everyone was so easy to work with!

While not as hot as the Sunday before, it was still a scorching day with temperatures up past the 30c mark.

The ceremony was an outdoor one and was held at the Chinese Gardens at Darling Harbour.

Reception was at the Marigold restaurant later on in the evening… it was such a relief to get into somewhere with air conditioning!

Ivy and Ben’s friends really know how to party!

Despite unpredictable weather causing last minute changes to the day’s events; this was one of the most beautiful weddings I have shot.

The day started at Anna’s house where she and the girls got ready for the big day.

Then came Wen and the boys

After the door opening activites, the bridal party then made their way to Wen’s house where Anna had to stop for a snack.

Onto Curzon Hall for the ceremony.

Wen found something better than gold at the end of the rainbow.

Wen is a lucky man; but he looked a bit nervous surrounded by so many pretty girls!

And finally Rhodes Phoenix for the reception.
